For customers who prefer to pack themselves, we can supply the materials needed to do it properly. Materials, timing and support before moving day
Professional packing is usually completed the day before the removal. We supply large and small boxes, wardrobe cartons (come on the vehicle on moving day), bubble wrap, tape, mattress bags, and sofa covers (come on the vehicle on moving day). Blackhall Moving and Storage Ltd includes materials in professional packing quotations, and we provide free moving boxes and tape in advance for removals with free local delivery and uplift after unpacking.

What packing options can we book?
We can provide full packing or breakables-only packing depending on what you want help with. If you prefer to pack yourself, we can also supply materials and still take care of the loading, transport and delivery on moving day.
Can you move my belongings into storage?
Yes. We can collect your belongings and place them into secure storage when your new property is not ready. Redelivery can then be arranged when you are ready to move in.
What packing materials do you supply?
We can supply medium and large boxes and 1 x roll of bubble wrap and tape for free once your quote has been confirmed on our regular Tuesday service, liaise with our office to arrange this service if in and around the Edinburgh area.
